The Medora Musical is performed live and outside. That means we experience North Dakota’s weather – from stunning sunsets, to sudden showers.
Every attempt is made to present each performance. Rain early in the day or even early in the evening will not result in an automatic cancellation. In some cases, the start of the performance may be delayed up to 60 minutes due to inclement weather.
If a show is stopped due to weather, shows lasting less than 60 minutes are considered “rained out.” Ticket holders at “rained out” performances have one of two options:
Accessible seating options are available at the Burning Hills Amphitheatre, Old Town Hall Theater, Medora Gospel Brunch. Seats are subject to availability.
Accessible lodging rooms are available at the Rough Riders Hotel, Badlands Motel, and Elkhorn Quarters.
We are happy to offer a sign language interpreter for our hearing impaired guests, upon your request. To request an interpreter, please call 1-800-MEDORA-1 or connect to our guest support chat.
Many of our shows, events, and attractions, including the Medora Musical, have tickets available day-of. You can purchase tickets online or at the Ticket Junction or the Medora Musical Welcome Center.
We recommend booking lodging, trail rides and Medora Gospel Brunch tickets early. These popular spots may fill up fast!
